Erwin, why the hell are you agreeing with this?
I was sure you’d be the one to put your foot down, tell the HOC to fuck off, and storm out of that meeting. But instead, you said yes. And not just a reluctant yes, you barely even freaking argued.
Look, I’m not saying I wanted to fight a battle we were never going to win, but this isn’t like you. We both know this experiment is wrong, and I can’t wrap my head around why you’d just go along with it. Did they tell you something they didn’t tell me? Did they threaten you? You NEED to tell me.
I get it, okay? Maybe you’re thinking that if we do this ourselves, we can at least control it. That’s why I didn’t push back harder. I’d rather we be the ones running this than let them hand it off to someone with no moral compass. But you… you always push back.
